how to recolour black and white pics

.1 open up you pic i am going to use a psd of christina aguilera make new resister layer and pic a colour and set it to color and it should look like this



.2 go to layer > merge > merge down flatten and now duplicate it and go to hue and saturation > colorize and set them both 0 to 0 now get you free hand selection tool and cut out the parts you want by deleting it and it should look like this



and your done
