how to use html mode on webs.com

1.right sign in and click on
edit my site>site manager

this will come up
this is were you will be controling your site

2.in INDEX put that to HTML that will make your site work
and then you can put layouts on it ' like this
NOTE :you will be editing through this to like this

this is were all my links are to my page

to link go on one of your pages
and click on the worl icon
and click on link to on of your pages and it will come up choose your page and click ok its a link now if its on the index page you will have to copy and pat it to all your other links so it will look like the pic above me do the same with all the others

how to make a shatter effect

.1 open you pic and get your lasso tool and set feather to 50 and smooth to 2 and do this



.2 go to effects > texure effects > mosac-antique and match

how to make a blend on paint shop pro

.1 get as many pics as you can in useing this




2. go to file > new and 1000>1000 and past them on the new layer
get your eraser brush it looks like this
and rubout the pics or overlap them and rub down the middle and add effects and brushes and it will look like this








and your done :)

how to recolour black and white pics

.1 open up you pic i am going to use a psd of christina aguilera make new resister layer and pic a colour and set it to color and it should look like this



.2 go to layer > merge > merge down flatten and now duplicate it and go to hue and saturation > colorize and set them both 0 to 0 now get you free hand selection tool and cut out the parts you want by deleting it and it should look like this



and your done

how to make beams on paint shop pro 9

.1open up paint shop pro 9 and pic your pic and go to your pentool and select the curve 1 and go to
click that were the red dot is

.2 now make the curvs and pic your colour but first do this match them

.3 now make the curvs and it should look like this





.4 now duplicate the vector layer and go to gussan blur and set it to 4.00 click ok and you can to reapeate that step 3 or 5 times and now go to effects > drop down shadow and match this


and you can repeat it as many times you want by clicking ctrl y

.5 and now drag the vector layer ontop of vopy of vector layer and now go to layers > merge > merge down and get you free hand selection tool and pic piont to point and do this

and delete

.6 repeate that step and it should look like this
